Park City, Utah - A Skier's Dream

Park City is snow joke, and I cannot wait to take you along on this Instagrammable trip from start to finish! I'll be providing you an insider's scoop of where to stay and what to do during your visit, so you don't have to. Let's start by checking into Park City's Westgate Resort, an upscale resort and spa with ski-in/ski-out access to some of Utah's best ski slopes. As they say, après-ski!

WHERE TO STAY:

Westgate Resort & Spa:

3000 Canyons Resort Dr, Park City, UT 84098

Whether you're looking to ski some of the top-rated slopes in the U.S., relax and unwind with a spa retreat, or taste some of Utah's finest dining then you're in for a treat at The Westgate Resort and Spa.

To checkout a full room tour of the Luxury One Bedroom Suite, head to my IG story highlights or click here. With a fully equipped kitchen, a full seating dining room, and a spacious living room, in addition to the master suite, this suite has more than enough space to unwind and relax. Some of my favorite touches were the balcony overlooking the Canyon's Village Mountains where you get the birds eye view of skiers taking on the slopes while warming up next to your own fireplace.

With three pools to choose from, personal hot tubs in each suite, and an on-site spa this resort truly has it all and is perfect for any travel situation - such as family, friends, or a romantic retreat. The hot tubs placed all throughout the all inclusive resort may just become your best friend if you're a first time skier too (lol).

The all-inclusive perks are just that, a major perk! If you are traveling during the winter season to ski, you can take advantage of the free ski-in/ski-out access which brings you from the resort to the Canyon's Village where you can ski by day and enjoy some fine dining and cocktails by night. I highly recommend checking out Canyon's Village (whether skiing or not) as it is just a short walk right outside the front doors of The Westgate Resort. Here you will stumble upon fun and unique local shops and restaurants all throughout!

You can checkout all of the resort's latest Park City deals here to book your upcoming trip! Or, if you're planning a special event in the future, you can check out their wedding venue details here. I can only imagine how spectacular the views would be for your posh wedding!

WHERE TO EAT:

3000 Canyons Resort Dr, Park City, UT 84098

Without leaving the resort, you'll find The Edge Steakhouse, an award winning and elegant steakhouse. During the winter, they add these Instagramable Alpenglobes on the deck of the restaurant, where you get to taste some of Utah's finest foods while having a 360 view overlooking the snowy mountains. This is a 10/10 experience, especially for a date night! I had an assortment of smaller bites including the Steak Sashimi, Silk Road Spicy Shrimp, and Brussels Sprout mix along with a bottle of wine that you can cork to bring back to your room and enjoy the remainder of the trip.

1251 Kearns Blvd. Park City, Utah 84060

A Trip Advisor's Choice award winner and one of Utah's best (and freshest) seafood restaurants with an extensive wine list, this upscale contemporary spot is a tasty one you'll want to add to your list. We started off with the ahi tuna nachos, which is an absolute must if you love raw fish or are a sushi lover. I'm still dreaming of this dish, and wishing Utah was closer to Ohio so I could order it weekly. For dinner we had the Crispy Yardbird and Redneck Caprese Salad. The Yardbird is a 10/10, full of juicy flavor, and the butter whipped potatoes were the perfect addition!

447 Historic Main Street, Park City, Utah 84060

Does it get any better than enjoying some American cuisine with a drink in hand on Park City's historic Main Street? I think not! No Name Saloon is centrally located on the historic Main Street, and is home to the world famous buffalo burger. If you're a nacho lover, make sure to start with the buffalo nachos which are stacked with flavor. One of my favorite traditions when traveling somewhere new and tasting new food is to ask my server what their favorite dishes are and get those. I did just that, and it didn't disappoint! I highly recommend both dishes below, the Zesty Avocado Burger and Fish Tacos.

1241 Center Dr #L100, Park City, UT 84098

Raise your hand if you're a pasta lover too (*me currently raising both of my hands at once*)! Bartolo's, an artisanal restaurant with an Italian inspired kitchen, went above and beyond my wildest pasta dreams. Every pasta dish is completely handcrafted and made from scratch. It's nearly im-pasta-ble for me to tell you how delicious this Italian dinner was, so make sure to taste it for yourself! Pictured below we started with the grilled asparagus which had the most refreshing lemon zest. We followed up with the homemade Rigatoni Bolognese and Chicken Fettuccine - both of which were outstanding.

Jetting off to my next location, so see you back here next month with April's instagrammable travel finds!

XO,

Hanna Rose
