Traveling with family or friends? This is definitely the place for you! The Hidden Alexander provides such a vast array of amenities at your fingertips, from the stunning pool to cool off in with endless pool floats (such as this fun swan) to the many outdoor seating areas with fire-pits and fun games such as corn hole. Let's take a tour:

We were only in Palm Springs for a total of 48 hours, so these are the MUSTS you will want to add to your travel itinerary, and make sure to watch LIVE by click here.

Brunch

Normas: 4200 E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264

First and foremost you are going to make a reservation (reservations are a must here) at Norma's, located at The Parker Hotel. Make sure to come hungry, because the portions are large, but oh so tasty! We ordered the Norma's Super Blueberry Pancakes and Crunchy French Toast which is dipped in, yes, Rice Krispies!

Pink Cabana Restaurant: 44-985 Province Way, Indian Wells, CA 92210

Be ready to quite literally be tickled pink! From the moment you arrive at the Sands Hotel where the Pink Cabana is located, you feel as if you are truly in a fairytale. From the palm trees and entire pink aesthetic to entering through their decadent pool, this is truly one for the books. Arriving closer to brunch, we opted for the lunch menu and it didn't disappoint. The "Niman Ranch" Cheeseburger and Chicken Club both with their truffled garlic fries were to die for! I finished off with the Hot to Trot, one of the most aesthetically pleasing cocktails with a kick; I mean how can you not love the mini flamingo?!

Dinner

The Tropicale: 330 E Amado Rd, Palm Springs, CA 92262

Looking for fun outdoor dining where everyone is sure to find a dish they love? Make sure to check out The Tropicale and ask to be seated on their patio, which is immersed in endless live greenery under string lights with a covered patio and misters to keep you cool from the desert heat. We opted to start with the Firecracker Shrimp, a family favorite, while for dinner we ordered a wide variety including the Fresh Egg Spaghetti (pictured below), Summer Sausage Platter and the Chopped Vegetable Goat Cheese Pizza. Make sure to click here to check out live stories of our dishes!

Activities

Palm Springs Aerial Tramway: 1 Tram Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262

Ready to cool off from the heat of the desert? Let's head over 8,500 feet above the Coachella Valley on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway! The short ten-minute ride up in their rotating tram car's give you the most astounding view. I will admit that I am quite terrified of heights, but even I can now testify it was well worth it! The cool temperatures, nearly 20-30°'s cooler, along with the restaurants, movie theater, observation decks, and over 50 miles of hiking provides you with endless activities well above the desert oasis.

See you back here soon with your next Instagrammable travel itinerary!
