Celebration, FL - Home to Disney

Calling all of my Disney Lovers, or those simply looking for a reason to ‘Celebrate’ and get away!

Welcome to Celebration, Florida, a paradise that offers many reasons to Celebrate other than just Disney.

Located between Kissimmee and Orlando, just minutes from the magic of Disney World, you'll find the ultimate celebration: Bohemian Celebration. The hotel is located lakeside in the peaceful Celebration, Florida. Just outside your front door, you'll find many quaint shops and delicious local restaurants in the Celebration Town Center. During the holidays, every evening at the top of the hour, the city showcases 'snow' with bubbles on Market Street; make sure to check this out on my Instagram story highlights!

All you need is one long weekend to truly see all that there is to offer, so let's get right into it! For an early breakfast, we dined at the Lakeside Bar & Grill which is located at the hotel. With a stunning view overlooking the lake and the tastiest breakfast with bottomless mimosas, this breakfast is definitely a must!

If you're looking for an Instagrammable, out of this world, brunch then look no further than The Glass Knife. I cannot overstate how tasty the Gingerbread Waffles and the homemade pastries were. The pastries were so incredibly pretty, I felt guilty even eating them (lol)!

Just a short drive from brunch, you will find Eola Park in downtown Orlando with a one mile walking path surrounding a beautiful lake. I recommend visiting on a Sunday and checking our their market! You'll even see I met some friends (lol)!

We ended the evening with a BANG, quite literally! For dinner and a full firework show, we headed to Capa Steakhouse. This swanky, 17th floor, rooftop restaurant overlooks Disney World. It was such an Instagrammable experience. Make sure to arrive right before 8:00 PM so you can watch the live Disney fireworks right from Capa's private terrace. For any of my fellow gin & tonic lovers, the Capa Gintonic with real apples and fruit was so tasty! Our favorite dishes where the Pulpo and Pimientos (pictured below), full of flavor!
