Welcome to the 1890's Bricky House, just right across the river from downtown Cincinnati, where contemporary design meets an industrial and boho architecture. In particular, a 20-foot cathedral ceilings, an exposed brick interior, a third story loft space, and a surprise and delight in every room - you are not going to want to miss this eclectic Airbnb find.
Whether you are looking to visit the downtown Cincinnati area with friends and family, or you are looking for a picture-perfect place for your next event or photoshoot, this is just the place for you. You can rent it by the hour or by the night - whatever best suits your plans.
When approaching this pristine 4,000 square foot home, you will immediately enter a tropical oasis. That is, a tropical oasis through which you may enjoy a cup of coffee or savor a glass of wine each night just to continually enjoy these views. The patio is covered with industrial hanging lights that add to the beautiful scenery. If you think the outside is amazing, just wait until you see the inside. Let's get started!
When walking into the grand foyer you'll enter into a gorgeous deep emerald room, with a brass chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and a grand staircase. This will lead you into the common area which is filled with such beauty from the velvet upholstered furniture, to the unique art pieces and design throughout. For families, friends, or even couples visiting, the hosts have cultivated fun activities during for your stay. The antique chest is not merely an additional beautiful piece, but rather, it is full of board games for all ages.
Just through the open, exposed brick walls, you'll enter into a gorgeous abyss - which also functions pretty well as a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: making your morning cup of Joe, cooking any meal imaginable, and making craft cocktails by night. There truly isn't one thing that was left out when designing the kitchen. With a gorgeous chandelier, brass fixtures, and charming black elegant tones we found ourselves spending so much time in this area of the home; in fact, I think I may need to revamp my own kitchen after staying here (lol).
Rounding out the first floor is what I call the "room of happiness" (I know, I'm pretty good at the task of naming; however, you will understand what I mean shortly). This room displays unique artwork on each wall. For instance, practically every square foot is adorned with vintage furniture and accessories. The entry way into the office space is a happy place for all - hence, the name.
As you make your way up the architectural, black, carved staircase you'll enter into the master suite. From the dark, rich tones that you will find on the first floor to the bright, white, tones throughout the master suite, it will leave you feeling like you're always discovering something new. The bathroom is such a fun, and bright, space which is finished off with a claw foot bathtub which truly adds so much character to the room. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing baths - morning and night - because why not when the bathtub is this beautiful??? Am I right?
